Sunflowers are a bright addition to any cut flower garden. Direct sow after last frost in well drained soil with full sun. Cover with 1/2” of soil. Succession plant a few seeds weekly to have a continuation of beautiful blooms. These are single stemmed and pollenless varieties. Do not pinch. It is best to direct seed sunflowers because they do not like root disturbance.
